Deer Run soccer camp; bike party planned; women’s mountain bike weekend
Deer Run is hosting a soccer camp next month
Brown County Parks and Recreation will host a soccer camp at Deer Run Park, 1001 Deer Run Lane, Challenger International Soccer, Monday through Friday, June 7-11.
The cost is $ 140 and includes half a day of training, 9 am to noon each day. Players aged 6 and over can register before Friday May 28. Late fees of $ 10 apply if registrations come later.

Nashville Bike Party scheduled for August
The Brown County Barn Burner and Brown County Bikes, 185 S. Jefferson St., will host a Brown County Community Bike Festival on Saturday August 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be free activities, food, entertainment, bike safety basics and maintenance workshops, pump track and cycling lessons, and demo bikes to try out. This free, community-wide event is suitable for all ages and skill levels.
The event will take place at 185 S. Jefferson St., but will include activities and other venues across town, including Lincoln Pinch Park (corner of Johnson and Washington streets) and the Brown County YMCA.

Women’s MTB weekend planned
Brown County Bikes will host the Campside Sessions Women’s Mountain Bike Camp Friday through Sunday September 10-12 at Brown County State Park.
Participants will learn new mountain biking skills from professional trainers and meet other women who share this interest. The cost is $ 295 and includes guided skills coaching, primitive onsite camping, goodie bag, freebies and more.
The meal plan is $ 125 and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
